Situation & Challenge

This B2C SAAS provider ran marketing campaigns to grow their user base and enhance customer acquisition yet despite their campaigns performing well in terms of impressions & CTR they did not return the desired outcome.

Solution

Google Analytics data was analyzed and Microsoft Clarity was implemented for further visibility.
• Two insights stood out; where 91% of visitors did not navigate beyond the landing page but 34% of users who reached either the sign-up or pricing pages created accounts.
• Pivoting our problem statement from How can we run more effective campaigns to Are we directing our prospects in the right direction ?
• We recommended revamping the user journey by adding a single-item sign-up form to the landing page with a strong CTA (example on the right) that redirects users to complete their sign-up.
• Capitalizing on the high volume of profile visits on their platform we recommended adding the sign-up form to the bottom of free accounts turning every active user into a brand advocate and marketer.
